| Matt was spectacular to work with. Given the crisis of losing our transmission during a visit from out of town, Matt made us feel comfortable and reassured us about the level of effort to get our vehicle repaired. He stayed in communication with us, kept us abreast of the status, and was very thorough in his explanation of the work performed. |
